Speaker:

There won't be any new episodes for the next

Speaker:

three to four weeks, and we'll continue Perus in

Speaker:

October with our biweekly new powerful episodes.

Speaker:

But as we have been talking a lot about the awakened

Speaker:

masculine, the awakened feminine, and of course

Speaker:

masculine feminine dynamics, I want to share with you some

Speaker:

highlights of my previous episodes over the years.

Speaker:

In this episode, we're focusing on highlights

Speaker:

about the awakened feminine.

Speaker:

What are the traits of an awakened woman?

Speaker:

How does an awakened woman show up in relationship?

Speaker:

And what is the path of awakening for a woman to

Speaker:

truly connect with her awakened feminine essence?

Speaker:

Today's highlights will give deep answers for

Speaker:

both women and men.

Speaker:

Welcome to the Masculine and Feminine Dynamics podcast.

Speaker:

My name is Loren Krenn, and I'm a relationship coach.

Speaker:

I help you to embody your awakened masculine

Speaker:

and awakened feminine in relationships and life.

Speaker:

Let's dive into the first trait here of

Speaker:

the awakened feminine.

Speaker:

Number one, the awakened feminine doesn't

Speaker:

talk bad about men.

Speaker:

She has a deep respect for the awakened masculine or for men

Speaker:

who are stepping up and doing the work who are awakening.

Speaker:

She doesn't feed the narrative of limiting narratives that

Speaker:

contribute to a wounded relationship with the

Speaker:

masculine and limit her from drawing an awaken or

Speaker:

attracting, awaken men in her life, or, or inviting, evoking

Speaker:

the deepest masculine gifts of the man she's currently with.

Speaker:

Trait number two, she prioritizes her oracle, her

Speaker:

heart, above all things.

Speaker:

She doesn't allow the need for validation to

Speaker:

override her deeper impulse, the deeper intelligence

Speaker:

that moves through her, which is her greatest

Speaker:

medicine to the world.

Speaker:

Trait number three, she embodies both dark and

Speaker:

light feminine energy.

Speaker:

She embodies her dark feminine, her Kali, her

Speaker:

wild woman expression, unapologetically.

Speaker:

Even if it's challenging, even if it means that she

Speaker:

risks losing connection.

Speaker:

And the fourth trait is she takes responsibility

Speaker:

for her shadow.

Speaker:

She's always working on seeing whether, is this

Speaker:

coming from my shadow?

Speaker:

Is this coming from a truthful heart, heart space?

Speaker:

My oracle?

Speaker:

Or is this coming from my shadow?

Speaker:

And when it comes from her shadow, she will take

Speaker:

responsibility, which in turn will create deeper connection

Speaker:

and deeper polarity and deep respect and honoring

Speaker:

towards the masculine.

Speaker:

When the woman is looking for a sense of safety that

Speaker:

a man cannot give her, when you want him to hold space,

Speaker:

be there for you no matter what, only what a father

Speaker:

will do, the key here is that you need to cultivate some

Speaker:

sense of safety within you.

Speaker:

You need to heal your father wounds.

Speaker:

Otherwise, he will be the person to blame for

Speaker:

your lack of safety.

Speaker:

And yes, it is important for him to create safety,

Speaker:

but for you, every person needs to create some level

Speaker:

of safety in their own body.

Speaker:

And if you have never received that, which comes

Speaker:

from a father wound, a, a lack of safety in our own

Speaker:

body, and if you don't work through that, then you are

Speaker:

going to blame him for your lack of safety in general.

Speaker:

Not in the relationship, but in general, as a

Speaker:

person, as a woman.

Speaker:

And of course that is not going to work, because

Speaker:

we have to walk our own path of healing and we

Speaker:

cannot expect someone else to give us something

Speaker:

that only we can create.

Speaker:

Yes, he can create safety for you in the relationship,

Speaker:

but he cannot create a sense of safety inside yourself if

Speaker:

you have never experienced that inside yourself, apart

Speaker:

from a relationship before.

Speaker:

Unless you are open to that and you are taking ownership

Speaker:

of that shadow and you are voicing that consciously, then

Speaker:

of course you are letting him into your heart, and then of

Speaker:

course that is a possibility.

Speaker:

Nothing is black and white.

Speaker:

And also spirituality can become an escape here.

Speaker:

There is a huge trap that both men and women in this

Speaker:

dynamic can fall into.

Speaker:

So as a woman, you fall into the dynamic

Speaker:

of okay, the divine masculine creates safety.

Speaker:

And there is then this dynamic of, okay, he needs to

Speaker:

create safety and, and, and he's just not doing enough,

Speaker:

and he's not doing this enough and not dead enough.

Speaker:

And your wound, your shadow can use this to

Speaker:

keep feeding these wounds.

Speaker:

So nothing he ever does is enough.

Speaker:

Just like the experience with your father.

Speaker:

He disappointed you, and now you subconsciously

Speaker:

recreate that experience.

Speaker:

You set him up for failure.

Speaker:

No matter what he does, it is not enough.

Speaker:

And even if he shows up, then he's going against his

Speaker:

own truth, which is also not, of course, what you

Speaker:

desire at the deepest level.

Speaker:

So there can be a trap that, the feminine desired

Speaker:

safety or hold that he holds space no matter what.

Speaker:

And the trap that the masculine falls into is

Speaker:

trying to become this ideal, trying to become this perfect

Speaker:

knight in shining armor, trying to be this perfect,

Speaker:

awakened masculine man.

Speaker:

The hero who heals your father wound Just by how

Speaker:

powerfully he shows up.

Speaker:

And that of course, doesn't work.

Speaker:

We can do a lot for our partner.

Speaker:

We can show up really powerfully.

Speaker:

But we all have to do our own work and have

Speaker:

to take responsibility for our own things.

Speaker:

So very, very important that the spirituality and the

Speaker:

dynamics, the shadow loves to use spirituality in order

Speaker:

to keep feeding itself.

Speaker:

The shadow loves to use these things in order

Speaker:

to feed the wounds.

Speaker:

Very important to be aware.

Speaker:

The teaching needs to be embodied at a deeper

Speaker:

level and not be used in the name of the shadow.

Speaker:

Now, in order to shift this dynamic, the first thing to

Speaker:

be aware of is that there is a lot of blaming going on.

Speaker:

The man blames the woman, ah, she with her daddy issues.

Speaker:

The woman blames the man.

Speaker:

Ah, he's just not man enough.

Speaker:

He's not stepping up.

Speaker:

No, you have to take responsibility for

Speaker:

your part in it.

Speaker:

Blaming the other party is neglecting your responsibility

Speaker:

and saying they are responsible for the dynamic.

Speaker:

You are in the dynamic, which means you are 50% responsible

Speaker:

for this dynamic as well.

Speaker:

The first, there are exceptions to this, by

Speaker:

the way, but usually in a dynamic like this, 50 50.

Speaker:

Now, as a woman, the most important thing is that you

Speaker:

become aware when you are demanding the impossible.

Speaker:

When your desire for safety and for him to hold space for

Speaker:

you is coming from a place of wounding, is coming from

Speaker:

your shadow and not from your wise feminine heart

Speaker:

and not from your oracle.

Speaker:

How do you notice this?

Speaker:

I'll give you a quick tip here.

Speaker:

For instance, when no matter what he does, you only get

Speaker:

more frustrated even if he shows up powerfully, even

Speaker:

if he really is there.

Speaker:

But.

Speaker:

It's never enough, and you get more frustrated and

Speaker:

more angry and you project your shadow more on him,

Speaker:

that is a surefire sign that you are coming from

Speaker:

your shadow and you are not coming from your oracle.

Speaker:

Because if you come from your orca, then if

Speaker:

he shows up a somatic experience of a relaxation,

Speaker:

a sense of softening will arise within your body.

Speaker:

Because he is stepping up.

Speaker:

He's stepping, he's onboarding his awakened masculine

Speaker:

core, and now you relax deeper into your awakened

Speaker:

feminine essence, into your, into your divine nature.

Speaker:

And this is the dance of intimacy.

Speaker:

But coming from your shadow and demanding the impossible

Speaker:

is not the dance of intimacy.

Speaker:

And again, the shadow loves to use this, right?

Speaker:

The shadow loves to use this.

Speaker:

So ask yourself, where am I coming from?

Speaker:

If you notice yourself just getting more agitated,

Speaker:

more agitated, then you most likely are coming

Speaker:

from a place of shadow.

Speaker:

But please be mindful.

Speaker:

Don't go into the other extreme here.

Speaker:

Where you now disconnect from the part inside you

Speaker:

that desire safety and for him to hold space for you.

Speaker:

Because some women might now start to, when they do this

Speaker:

work, they go into place of doubt in a sense of, oh,

Speaker:

what if it's all my shadow?

Speaker:

What if it's all my shadow?

Speaker:

But no, of course there is a natural desire.

Speaker:

It's just hijacked by the shadow.

Speaker:

So it's not about getting rid of that desire.

Speaker:

It's not about Now you going into being a pleaser and, and

Speaker:

not expressing your desires.

Speaker:

The work is becoming aware of where you are

Speaker:

coming from and when you.

Speaker:

When you are aware, when you see that you're

Speaker:

coming from your shadow, then take ownership.

Speaker:

When a man gets defensive, the woman can have that

Speaker:

sense of he's resisting me.

Speaker:

He doesn't care about me, he doesn't love me.

Speaker:

An example here would be he goes out with his friends

Speaker:

and he promised that he'll be back by a certain time,

Speaker:

and you being able to have your, your evening together.

Speaker:

And he, he didn't reach out to you and he says, oh God,

Speaker:

I totally forgot, uh, had a good time with my, with

Speaker:

my brothers, whatever, and I totally forgot about it.

Speaker:

So sorry.

Speaker:

In your, in your anger, for feeling neglected

Speaker:

and not cared of, you say You are so selfish.

Speaker:

And he might say to you, well, but okay, maybe

Speaker:

I was selfish here.

Speaker:

What about yesterday?

Speaker:

What about this thing I did?

Speaker:

What about x y z?

Speaker:

I, I always do this for you and this and that.

Speaker:

Now, now, how can you say that I'm selfish?

Speaker:

You see, men, we men, we see this in a different way.

Speaker:

When I would say to a brother of mine, You

Speaker:

are fucking selfish, or You are really selfish.

Speaker:

Then, um, I'm speaking about his characteristic.

Speaker:

That is, that is quite a brutal, brutal way of speaking

Speaker:

it, where the feminine often just voices, um, in

Speaker:

that moment how she feels.

Speaker:

So for you as a woman, it's important to be mindful.

Speaker:

Instead of saying, you are so selfish, I invite you to say

Speaker:

That was very selfish of you.

Speaker:

Or that action felt really selfish to me, boom, there

Speaker:

is a huge difference in you never care about me in really

Speaker:

when you did that, it, I felt like you didn't care about me.

Speaker:

Because it didn't even bother to reach out.

Speaker:

It makes a huge difference.

Speaker:

You can still voice your highest truth in that moment,

Speaker:

but instead you separate the action from his character

Speaker:

and you focus on the action.

Speaker:

Because in that moment, especially when a man is a

Speaker:

little bit more conscious and is working on himself, he will

Speaker:

be much more receptive and be like, yes, you are right.

Speaker:

Thank you for listening to these episodes.

Speaker:

Now, if you have gained value and deep insights
